Objective

Remove and refurbish turbine main stop valve.

Our Approach

• Remove main stop valve assembly from a decommissioned plant
• Disassemble, clean and inspect all MSV components
• Remachine the MSV housing weld connections
• Reassemble all components
• Ship to new facility for installation

Our Outcome

• Custom saved significant cost by implementation of a refurbished MSV solution
• customer saved significant time by utilizing a refurbished part versus realizing a long lead times for a new MSV
• Customer was back online sooner saving cost and lost revenue
